Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Nope! Due to the handmade and/or digital nature of my products, all sales are final. Please double-check your order before purchasing.
I downloaded a digital file but can’t open it. Help?
Most of my files are in .PNG or .ZIP format, sometimes I share a drive. Make sure you’re downloading on a desktop or laptop — phones can be weird about it. Still stuck? Reach out via the contact form.
Can I customize a file I bought?
Yep! You can use it for personal or small biz use — just don’t resell or redistribute the original file as-is. If you need help customizing it, I also offer edits for a fee.
Do you take custom orders?
Sometimes! If my workload is open and your vision fits my vibe, I’m happy to collab. Use the contact page to pitch me your idea.
